Hover text for drag and drop images not working

I've created an activity where users have to drag images into drop-zones, and each image has hover text attached to it. However, the hover text doesn't show up for draggable images.

Acceptance Criteria
Hovering over the draggable images should show a hover text if the creator placed a text in the "Hover Text" field.
Activity
Take into consideration that title is not displayed the same in all browsers... perhaps we should be using some sort of "tooltip" instead.
This appears to have already been fixed.
