SCS accessibility issues

Description

A user can not use Single Choice Set since it does not fulfill their accessibility needs.

The following must be fixed:
· Choices are buttons instead of radio buttons and they are not grouped, so it’s not clear how many in the set
· Buttons can’t all be tabbed and can only be reached with arrow keys once you tab to the first one.
· When you get an answer wrong, the screen reader announces incorrect — although the correct answer is highlighted green, it is not read out.
