IV: HTML5 videos don't continue properly after dismissing an interaction

Description

When within IV interactions are added to HTML5 videos and these interactions pause the video, dismissing the interaction by clicking outside the interaction will result in wrong behavior:

  1. If in button mode, the interaction will close, but the video will not resume playing

  2. If in poster mode, the interaction will not close and the video will not resume playing

In both cases, using the continue button will work normally. Also, it can still be used in case #2.
In both cases, the video can be resumed manually by pressing play.
In both cases, the problem does not occur if the interaction doesn't pause the video automatically.

The issue occurs across browsers.

The issue was initially reported by Jarvil, https://github.com/h5p/h5p-interactive-video/issues/79
