A11y: AQ - The answers are read by a screen reader before the question

Description

When navigating an Arithmetic Quiz using a screen reader, the order in which the elements are read is important for comprehension and usability. Currently, the answers to the questions are read before the question itself. After the countdown, the screen reader focus goes to the first answer button, rather than the question. This may be an issue of tab index, or content order. Either way, it is important for screen reader users to hear the question before the answers in order to have the necessary context.
