Hours on "Increase Interactive Video Granularity"
Check to see if some of this might be useful: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-interactive-video/pull/12
As an author I would like to specify when an activity in IV appears and disappears with more precision. At least one tenth of a second (0.1) instead of today's one second precision.
As a student on a slow computer I don't want anything to hang or slow down because of this. (make any necessary improvements to the logic that hides and shows interactions. Test with a long video with many interactions on a slow computer)
As an author, when placing interactions, the current timecode provided by the video will be
used, but with a finer granularity than today. The default display time will remain
the same(10 seconds, or until the end of the video iirc).
As a student I want interactions with a short display time to not be
skipped while playing. (note that a very short display time may cause the
interaction to never be visible (unless it triggers pause) due to the drawing being
limited to 25 updates per second.)
