Update font with new icons

Font files in h5p-php-library have not incorporated the new icons used by . The following icons need to be added:
requires: example.svg, tutorial.svg.
requires: icon-info.svg
requires: blue info icon + pink comment icon
requires: Some icons + library specific icons ecample hotspot icon.

H5P font version 16 covers all tasks that needs icons except information icon (font awesome) needed for IN PROGRESS

By updating the font family to version core-16 only once, we avoid collision.
