A11y: Drag and Drop dropzone feedback hidden from readspeakers

Description

This appears to be by design, and the feedback is added as a part of the dropped elements.
This can be confusing when testing the accessibility, or when a blind person is told about the task from someone who's seen the feedback area.

Should we consider making the area un-hidden?

Bug that should be fixed either way: Even though the feedback is hidden the wrapper still adds a tabindex – which makes it tabbable but without any "visible" content or anything.
