Ctrl/Shift positioning and resizing no longer working for DQ inside IV

Description

Create Interactive Video with Drag and Drop task inside. Add Text to drag and drop and try to position the text while holding the Ctrl key down. Note how the position is still snapping to the nearest 10px value. The same goes for resizing while holding down the Shift key.

1. Ctrl key works when positioning elements inside DQ inside IV. 2. Shift key works when resizing elements inside DQ inside IV.

, I don't think my cache was cleared and so the original 'k' bug was not being triggered. I can see it now.

: Did you test this? Doesn't event.which contain an int? 75 is the kode for 'k'
