Course Presentation - Surface mode create multiple issues
Description
Environment
None
Acceptance Criteria
If the behavior described above is an expected behavior I think there should be more information provided to the author when the surface mode is about to be activated.
If this is not the expected behavior prior to fixing the issue I suggest that there should still be more information provided to the author when the surface mode is about to be activated.
This way authors will not activate it erroneously not knowing everything that will happen in the content since surface mode cannot be deactivated.

I’m putting this issue in sprint for prioritisation since it was mentioned more than one time and is still reproducible

Activating the Surface mode creates multiple issues. Most of it are attributed to the Summary Slide getting "disable". Since the summary slide gets disabled, along with it is every feature it provides (e.g. print, share, scores breakdown, scores not logged in gradebook, show solution, retry etc.).
This also causes issues with authors enabling it not knowing the effects except that the user of the content will not have navigation controls.
Furthermore the "Go To Slide" needs to be updated so that it doesn't create a blank "Summary Slide" when placed on the last slide and set to go to the next slide.
