Flashcards - Answer is optional but forcing to answer the activity

Description

In the editor the "answer" is optional. Once the activity is created the user is "forced" to give an answer. Wherein if they place something in the answer box it will be marked as incorrect. Results screen also shows the answer as "undefined".

You can leave the answer empty meaning the user is expected to enter nothing into the text input field and click on check.

The pull request (seemingly, I did this 2.5 years ago) interpreted an empty answer as “no answer is required” and only showed the image (placeholder) but no answer field at all, meaning nothing needed to be checked.

I don’t know what the actually expected behavior is.
