wysiwyg editors - moving items with directional keys on the keyboard - implementation

Description

It should be possible for the user to move items using directional keys on keyboard for all wysiwyg content type editors.

Normally the object would move by +/-1. It would move by +/-10 if the user holds the shift key while pressing directional keys.

Acceptance Criteria

It works fine! I was not able to get the behavior described above.

Looks to be working fine here, let's try again.

I can't seem to get the same result, I tried:
1. Create new Find the hotspot.
2. Add selectable elements.
3. Click the background.
4. Tab to elements then move them with arrows.
Seems to be working here, any idea what I can do to reproduce?

I also tried alteratively on 3. to save and close before clicking the background and tabbing then moving.

  1. If I tab forwards (not shift+tab) to a selectable element in Find the Hotspot, I get the ±10 version.

  2. If I then press and release the shift-button, it's back to ±1

Tip: Click on the background image first, before tabbing forwards, to test this.
