h2.Background

Oliver has created this content type as a contractor following the sponsor's requirements - the H5P community may have extra requirements.

Basic idea: Allow to add an interactive text transcript to videos that's searchable. Because this would make more sense in Audio/Video/InteractiveVideo directly, it's build around a separate library that can easily be reused in other content types.
